Planners and the Montgomery County Planning Board have proposed
building heights of 300 feet, or 28 stories, for this section of
the Rockville Pike. At the Planning Board meeting of September
18, 2008, Board members in fact asked whether that height was
tall enough to allow for the density increases being suggested.
The photographs show the height of a 28-story building in
relationship to street level, from various angles.
