Founded in 1960, The Greensheet is the official publication of the Luxmanor Citizens Association, serving the neighborhoods of Luxmanor, Windermere and The Oaks. Founded in 1960, The Greensheet is published September thru June following the meetings of the Association’s Executive Board.

The Greensheet representative attends Executive Board meetings as the representative of the neighborhood newspaper, and acts as liaison between the two.
