Association celebrated our 70th anniversary in 2008.

The key function of the
Association is to promote the general welfare of
Luxmanor, Windermere and The Oaks by working with
neighboring communities and county agencies on
zoning, security, traffic control, and other public
services.
The North Bethesda, MD community is a vibrant mix
of old and new. The community is made up of original
families and new generations. Grounded in the past,
while looking towards the future, Luxmanor embraces
family, sharing and the environment.
