The Welcome Committee greets new residents of Luxmanor,
Windermere, and The Oaks as soon as they are identified by
themselves or a neighbor as having moved in! If you have a
newly arrived neighbor, we urge you to revive the wonderful
old custom of bringing them some muffins or cookies and
making them feel welcome to Luxmanor, indeed they are!

Please e-mail LynnWaters@aol.com, and include the newcomers'
names and street

We will NOT come knocking at their door! We'll make a phone call,
to say,"Hi!" and "Welcome to Luxmanor," and offer ourselves as
personal contact for any information about living in Luxmanor, as
well as to ask what the new family would like to have included by
way of an official welcome and listing in the next Greensheet.

All new families are urged to join the Listserv and the Luxmanor
Citizens Association, to participate in meetings and community
activities. They will be our honored guests at the annual Spring
Wine & Hors d'Oeuvres Party, where they will be greeted by
Association members, officers, and committee chairs and given
a special welcome gift!
